I just finished building my new pc and i saw that the bios version is outdated. I went to the site and saw multiple different updates, would it be fine just getting the absolute latest one or do i have to download each and every one? Also, i hae already downloaded one of them and it is a CAP file, what program do i use to run a CAP file?

Don't waste time installing any utilities. Just put the .CAT file on a USB stick (or even in the root of your C drive), boot into the BIOS and use the utility there to flash the .CAT file. Much safer, much easier.
