Need Advice Regarding Gigabyte GTX760 OC 2G

Hi, I am getting above mentioned GPU from a friend (Used, with 8 month of warranty left) for 100$ less than market (New) .I checked his GPU and it is working fine for now but one thing i noticed is that during benchmarking its clock keeps increasing and reaches to 1254Mhz (temp remains around 73C) without any overclocking profile. My friend is Insane overclocker and that whats makes me think twice. So I need Suggestion that is this GPU behaviour Normal ? should I go for Deal ? and most Importantly how to test GPU for its Life ?

Yes i think its normal because the point of benchmarking is the most graphically extreme maps and such to test what the card will perform like. Id say go for the deal thats a great card! and dont worry about the cards life, it probably has about 2-3 yrs left.
