8350 vs 8320 vs 3570k vs 4670k

Right, I have had a real issue over the past few weeks, I have about a £350-450 budget for a few parts, my RAM & HDD take up around £100 of that budget, leaving me with around £250-350 for a Motherboard & CPU here. Ignoring my PSU & Current specs, which would be the 'best' for me.

I will be mostly playing games, but with this upgrade I will be looking to stream, record, edit, render videos at times, albeit not as often. This also needs to have some kind of future proofing, I really cannot decide between these four, obviously cheaper is better... But I don't know, any help?

Alright, it's decent.

As I said above - pure gaming, the intel will be better. Not enough to warrant £50-£60 more than an FX 8320 in my opinion though. Games seem to be becoming more optimised for multi-cores and the FX is outperforming intels in its price range already, even some above it. In older games the intel will be better - however on my setup (FX 8320, HD 7870) I'm already blowing past 60 FPS so it's not as if it really matters how much better they do, since you won't see the difference.

Rendering, streaming, recording, editing, gaming: FX 8320
Pure gaming: i5 4670k (not that it's bad at any of the above tasks, but the FX performs better).

Which graphics card do you have? It's what will make the biggest difference to gaming.

I would not recommend the FX 8350 or the 3570k. The 8350 is essentially an overclocked 8320 and you pay more for it - go with the 8320, bump up the multiplier and easily reach 8350 speeds and save about £40. I also wouldn't recommend the 3570k as it's on a socket that won't see any future upgrades - if you go intel it only makes sense to go with the haswell i5 4670k which is getting future upgrades on that same socket.
