I am rebuilding my PC and upgrading my GPU.

Here are my specs:
i7-3770
Palit GTX 770 2GB JetStream
DVD-Drive
1 7200 RPM HDD
mATX Motherboard.

My question is, what PSU wattage would I require?

Any of these? :

OCZ OCZ700MXSP-UK 700W is good but
Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU would be a great choice.

Would 620w not be a little low?
