hey guys, my external hard drive does not show up on my laptop, i must say that i droped it, from 30 cm height and afterwards i could see some files and edit them but i couldn't save the changes (word files), now when i try to connect it with my laptop, the light is on, and i bearly hear some sounds of scratching. (but it does not show up) how can i access my files again and, at least, save them?
