Thanks for clicking on my post, im in need of some help :S
i have built a pc with new parts (some old), and want to upgrade my graphics card, under £100 pounds though, i just want to play wow and do some casual gaming, nothing much, but best bang for buck i can get! currently im looking at the 7770 or the 650 (not the ti version), these are my current specs!:

CPU: AMD Athalon 750k
Motherboad: Asus f2a55-m
Ram: DDR3 4gb Kingston Value x1
PSU: Themaltake 450 Bronze
GPU: Saphire 1gb 5770
OS: Windows 7 64bit (ultimate)
HDD: Samsung 7200rpm 500g
Case: Some gaming case with a 'x' on it, it also has 2 fitted fans.

Im going to get more ram later on, but first i need to get a graphics card as the one above, the one im using, is not mine and wont be at Christmas, thanks for reading any help would be great, thanks! :D

In order to get a decent gaming you only need 25~30FPS, so 39,72 is more than enough to play that game at 1920x1080 resolution

not really. you get all sorts of problems, including stutter and more lag. plus 30fps isnt really playable at all. if you do genuinly believe this, you either havent ever gamed at anything higher or your eyes are slow.

plus i mean, what is a few £ for a waaay better experience, less heat, noise, yadda yadda that you get with the 650ti boost which is, factually the best bang for buck GFX right now.

My eyes are as fast as yours, however 25fps is the minimun recommended from this times, unless you live in another planet with another kind of games.
I agree the GTX650ti Boost is better, little tight for the budget too, also is more power hungre having a max TDP of 134W, really tight cause you need - 24A and a 450W PSU minimum, compared to HD7770 80W max TDP, so for the PSU he has, the HD7770 would be a better option, unless he changes the PSU

Thanks guys means a lot, first time posting on here to, also i got told that the 7770 is only 30% better than the card I have, and the card I'm using can run wow on ultra but I run it on high settings for better frame rates, thanks again for the posts and it all helps :) so far I'm getting that the 7770 is better for my situation, thanks

Gaming performance is in the eye of the beholder, in game settings lowered allows for more FPS but it is all a matter to what the user is happy with. HD7770 is quite capable but if you can go up to HD7790 you will not regret it. In my link above.

thanks, im just not sure about if i will have enough power to even run a 7770, because on the AMD site it says its best to have atleast a 500w+ PSU, i have a 450+PSU with all the connectors needed, just not sure if its enough :S
(i will not be over clocking)
