Is my OC alright? (newbie question)

Hi. I recently built a new pc and after reading many guides here and there, did some overclock. So,

-Does anything seem wrong because I am afraid of damaging the components.
-Are the fan settings correct?
-Are the Temps OK?
Thanks in advance.

My rig:

i5 3570k @ 4200 mhz
Asrock z77 Extreme 4
OCZ zs750w PSU (I know it is not very efficient but got it from a good deal)
2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz Kingston ram
Xigmatek Loki CPU cooler (my case is rather narrow so chose this for 92 mm fans)
2x120mm case fans
ASUS GTX 650 Ti Boost DirectCU II (stock)

Additional Turbo voltage: +0,004
cpu voltage: offset mode
offset voltage: +0,005

System idles 30 C.
Below are 20 min Prime95 temps: CPU core temps around 70 C. Is that normal?

CPU Fan Settings:
cpu fan 1-2: Target temp:55, Target fan speed 1 (otherwise too loudy)

Solution
the - is when your cpu isn't consuming a lot so it will undervolt to whatever you put.
the + is when it's under load and needs the voltage but will only increase in what + volts you put.

Offset does get a bit trickier, but when testing a cpu stability in the beginning you use manual to see what it needs at max so for an offset of + you'll know how much to give it.

yes it's normal for temps to go a bit higher when running higher volts.

3000 is normal.
most standard fans go about 2300-2800 rpm

good one's run up to 4k rpm

Yeah those settings seem fine. Are you able to lower the voltages a bit and keep it stabilized? Try to lower it a tiny bit and see if it stabilizes. at 1.24 VCore volts you should be hitting 4.5

If you don't want to lower your voltages, try increasing your multiplire a bit to make up for the excess voltages. Prime95 it for stability

Thank you for your reply. The mobo has 3 different settings for vcore: auto, offset and manual. As far as I read from forums auto is not advised because it sometimes sets the voltage too high. Manual setting fixes the voltage at some value and always runs at the same voltage. So the only choice I have is offset. But it has just the + and - values. Should I set it to a - value? For example to -0,05? Did not try that yet but tried setting the multiplier higher to 44.

Now both temps and voltage increased. While a 20 minutes prime95 is running vcore is max 1.26 and core temps are 3 C higher than before.

I think they are a bit high (not sure though).

Besides, cpu fans are at 3000 rpm max. Is this normal? btw they are 2x92 mm fans on heatsink.
