can you dedicate 2 graphics cards two the same process

my question if i add a second card to a computer could i dedicate two the same proccess like a game like in stead of one card running the game the second card shares the load

You cannot use 2 graphics cards on that computer. You can use 1 very low powered graphics card because you only have a 300watt power supply unit.
If you install a new power supply unit you can put a better graphics card in it but your processor is pretty low and might not perform well on the newest games.

graphics card (current) - Intel(r) G45/G43 express chipset (card i want to add is NVIDIA GeForce 7000M / nForce 610M or Intel HD graphics
processors- Intel(r) core(tm)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz (two of them)
motherboard- Dell Inspiron 18D1Y 560 System Motherboard
Power supply unit- DC power supply 300W
