Also remember, it's CCleaner <- only 2 letter C's. I've Always said it as C-C-Cleaner lol.

Anyway I randomly clean my computer usually when I do a bunch of downloads etc, and I Use CCleaner, SlimCleaner, AugilogsticsBoostSpeed Scan, Then a quick disk defrag and optimize through SlimWare utilities, and I have avast and malwarebytes just running in the background.

I'm just wondering is all this even needed lol. I do like the Auglogstics Boost Speed though, it justs sits in the background and keeps cpu + ram optimized.

Tom's and other publications have tested various system/os versions for what effects if any theses utilities produce. Not one article or test/review has shown any performance positive results. Using software like CC Cleaner is a handy way to clear caches and temp. files. This does free up some disk space that is used up shortly after as the caches and temp. directories repopulate with new or the same data. Registry cleaners have done more damage to client's systems (my experience) than good. There is no test data that shows a system performance boost after registry "cleaning" by these utilities. If you are concerned about left behind folders, files and registry entries after software uninstalls, I recommend a program like Revo Uninstaller which will present the option to remove left behind items. However when using it you still must exercise care in what you select to delete. As to defrag the evidence is not very clear either. Independent tests show no or little disk performance gain before and after. I have written to several of the leading derfag providers for links to test data that supports their claims. None have ever responded with any sort of documentation. If you are using a current version of windows, it has a feature to defrag in the background continuously. Set it and forget it. When that feature came out in Win7 the defrag software was compared to some of the leading stand alone programs and found to be on a par or superior to them (speed, cluster consolidation, etc.). I am not familiar with the Auglogstics software and just wonder how it optimizes the cpu and ram? Does it have on the fly access to the bios and is it somehow changing voltages, timings and other parameters? These are the variables that adjust the memory and cpu performance parameters. This is what the web page says:
"BoostSpeed scans your computer to pinpoint the issues that may be responsible for the slowdown, and provides a safe and easy way to fix them along with a complete kit of powerful tools to enhance every aspect of your PC's performance. At a click of a button it does all of the following (or only parts you want done): cleans out junk, fixes the registry, tweaks Windows and Internet settings, defragments the hard drive – all to get your PC running fast and smooth again."
From your description, it sounds like you are using a basket of overlapping utilities to clear caches and temp. files, and defrag. If it gives you a sense of security and satisfies some other needs there is no reason not to use them. However just about everything they do (excluding your Avast and MalBts.) can be done from within windows. I use: CC Cleaner every so often as a in one place removal tool for caches and temps. and Revo for uninstalls.
