Which processor is right for me? 3570k vs 3770k vs 4670k vs 4770k (for computer science)

Hey guys, I've been reading this site for a while now but have finally decided to post something because I just can't find a solution. I'm going into my first build and am having trouble picking out the processor.

I am undecided between the 3570k, 3770k, 4670k, and 4770k

I'll be going to college as a computer science major if that matters. I'll also be running two monitors at the same time. (so maybe the hypertheading may help there, but I don't know if it is worth the extra $100) Also, while I may play a game here and there, the rig won't be primarily for that.

The 4670K would be a good choice as you would be able to overclock it.
The 4770k would help with multitasking more as it has hyperthreading and you can overclock this chip aswell.

If you have a strict budget then you can consider an AMD CPU such as a FX 8320 which i think is around the same price or is cheaper than a i5 4670/3570k and can deliver more multi-tasking performance.

I'm looking to do that and some other things. The focus of it being to work on code. The most I will be doing is running a virtual machine. On top of that I can see myself working in two development environments (like eclipse) at the same time. This would be with the two monitor setup. Everything I can see myself doing in the future would be easier on the CPU. Also, occasional gaming would be nice, but nothing that needs to be too crazy, the main focus is just software really.
