That is NOT the V700. That is the standard Extreme Power Plus El Chipos...

Model number punch into CMs site :

Seventeam makes them.

The Extreme Power Plus on HWsecrets, which is my go to if I am unsure :
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-600-W-Power-Supply-Review/1034/9

Whole thread on tiered PSUs and on top of that a detailed section detailing CM PSUs.

According to that they may not be utter bad quality, which is typical seventeam BUT they underperform and have some serious other flaws including ripple and are VERY unhappy with even the slightest heat.
If you pull more than 550-570W from OPs 700W PSU, then he is putting his system in serious risk.

I have a TR2 700w here, was gonna return it but may end up using it.. plus it has enough pci-e for crossfire.

i just want to make sure if i do go 7870 crossfire, ill be able to max out cod ghosts and bf4.... thats the main concern ;)

i notice that my one 7870 is at 100% util at times in cod ghosts.. but i have it setup on extra and high on alot of the settings..

Yeah well even that review states rippling. Although otherwise that review is not very uhm complete.

Yes, and they also said that it has some of the least rippling for a PSU in that price range.
