corsair 200r standoff help asap

Hey I am build my first pc and the case is a corsair 200r and it has two extra stand offs but no holes on the Mobo and I don't know how to remove them please help asap

I have a 200r, and if I'm remembering correctly, there's only one that is soldered to the board, it has a round/nub end, and it's for guiding the board during installation.

I figured it out it was really tight abd it looked this it was stuck but I got it of and. I finished my build but thanks anyway
