What motherboard should I choose ?

Hey guys, I am planning to buy a tower parts by parts and I choose : i7-4770k geforce gtx 780 8gb ram 2tb HDD 120GB SSD 750W power supply and cooler master storm trooper case. I am a real noob in twoers I only had laptops so I wonder what motherboard I should buy ? I will maybe one day go on dual gtx 780 next year and I plan to OC, ideas ?

What is the difference between those two motherboards besides the price ? They look the same though so I'd go for the 114$ one !

Not much, the ASUS has a couple extra SATA 6 ports, maybe a couple proprietary things, but for your purposes, you'd never notice a difference. They'll both overclock well, and support plenty of graphics cards.
