Please Build Me the Best PC Gaming Rig for 1000-1200 USD

This is what I am looking for:
I plan on using this to most games on ultra etc.
My budget is 1000 USD-1200 USD after shipping/taxes
I plan on building this computer end of May
I would need a screen, a keyboard, and OS
I will be purchasing the parts in the US and I do have a Microcenter available
I will be reusing the case, the screen, keyboard.
I might be overclocking down the line but right now I do not feel confident enough to.
N/A
A window is my only requirement
I do not have an reusable OS
I would like the Case to be 100 max because I want most of the money to go into the tower

That was looking pretty decent until I got to the Motherboard. Two Problems, 1 ) it is mATX and is going to be cramped with the stuff onboard and a wate to use one in a mid tower. 2) It is a Biostar and pretty near if not the bottom of the barrel for Motherboards. I do know someone that uses them and has had no issues, but I have seen far too many that have.

I know its a low end mobo.
But ive used this and was quite satisified.
I suggested this because, it was the good enough for the price.

This one is good and hopefully it is close enough to his budget. If not he can drop back to a i5 4670k and save some. he will only be giving up Hyperthreading for the most part.

With a mid tower case, you want an ATX Motherboard. The one that he recommended is an mATX which is smaller and things wil get crowed on there. As for BioStar, I don't recommend them, but I know of some that have used them without any problems.
