download bluescrrenview from http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Back-Up-and-Recover..., download this program, it will show created dump files and the reason why the crash has occurred, it will show you some codes like STOP: 0×00000019 (0×00000000, 0xC00E0FF0, 0xFFFFEFD4, 0xC0000000) BAD_POOL_HEADER, (this is just an example), give me the code that the program shows to find the problem ok!?

from what I can see here, there is no hardware malfunction, more like a bug and verified driver problems, did you install a new copy of windows after installing your new hardware!?

No. Can a outdated bios be a cause for this?

Well, here we go, always remember to install a fresh copy of windows when you buy a new hardware, specially if it is something important like CPU, what is happening now is a bug caused by windows, the previous drivers still exist, when windows wants to verify the new hardware, it causes a conflict, and boom the blue screen shows up, install a new copy of windows and you will be fine.

they are not like drivers that you install for graphic cards, but when you install a new CPU, and don't install a new copy of windows, it causes a conflict with previous verifications of windows.
