CPU - AMD FX-8350
Graphics Card - Gigabyte GTX 760 4GB 450W GPU
HDD - 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
SSD - Kingston HyperX 120GB SSD
Case - Raidmax Agusta Full Tower Case
RAM - 16GB G.Skill Ripjaw X Series
PSU - Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000W PSU
Motherboard - Idk what to get, I see boards for aroud $50 with good ratings but they just don't look sturdy or good.
So I guess I wanna know how the build looks so far and any motherboard that would be good for it.
(Wish to play Skyrim, Minecraft, Mafia II, etc. Not very intensive.)

Solution
If you're spending 1300 you should get an Intel Build. AMD is still not optimized for gaming, but mostly for video rendering, streaming and others.

CPU-I7-4770k
Graphics Card-GTX 770, or 780
HDD - any, or get an SSD
Case - 500R or your choise
RAM - 8GB Ripjaw series (16gb is still a lot for todays gaming)
PSU - HX850 (1000W psu is a LOT and not needed for a build like this)
Motherboard - Z87-G45

If you DONT want to change the build heres tips on your build

Get a GTX 770 or better

Get only 8GB of ram (youll save a lot of money, and 16gb wont ever be used)

Get a 850Watt GOLD certified Power Supply (1000w is way too much for your build)

Motherboard - Any M5A series motherboard are great and good for overclocking. I had the M5A97...

1. Get an i5 3570k or 4670k
2. Get a 770
3. Get a Seagate SSHD Hybrid drive
4. 16GB of ram is overkill, get 8gb
5. That PSU is also overkill
I like the asrock extreme4 or gigabyte motherboards so those would be nice

That's $200 over their budget. Get the 4670k and a 2gb version of the 770 that'll bring the price down

I don't understand whats with people picking High waltage PSU when you don't need them ;o You only need a 600w powersupply for that single GPU solution.

I'll put together something in a bit for you to reference on.

Edit: You didn't have a CPU cooler in the last build so I added one in for you for some overclocking. Changed the motherboard. The case is personally preference but this one is decent and is on sale. Ram is faster and cheaper. You can save $3 for a 1600mhz set but meh. Changed PSU to something more realistic, as this can handle any single GPU card atm.

You can also switched to a R9 280x if your afraid 2gb vram won't last you into the future. Or go to a R9 290/290x or 780 as you still have head room in your budget.

If your going to stay with this build you can also add a SSD.

I was estimating of what sort of specs he should be close to. I didn't calculate it. It's all personal preference. I'm giving a baseline to go with.
