gtx 660 wont turn on

Building a new computer. The gfx card won't turn on. Everything else is turning on including the fan on the gfx card. Can update drivers or bios or anything because I can't even get to a screen it keeps sayins no input signal. Any suggestions?

Hello... set your monitor for the right connector/input... what type of cable are you using? and where do you have the Ends of the cable plugged into?
