not even close, i bought one of those and the minimun it asks for is a 600w psu with at least 42 amps on the 12v rail.

Yes it is compatible however i'd advise that you get a psu something that is or upward of 650watts and 80plus at least bronze rated, if you don't have one already. Other than that yes you're good to go.
