What do i need to overclock

Heres The system i am going to build.
-GPU: GeForce GTX 770 4GB
-CPU: FX 9370 4.4GHz Eight-Core
-Motherboard: SABERTOOTH 990FX
-OS: Windows 7 professional
-Ram: 8 or 16 gig
So i haven't overclocked a system before, so what would be necessary to do this? Also would the 16gig over the 8 gig be that much of a difference?

You would need a high end 990fx motherboard with that CPU and a good after market cooler. 8gb is more then enough unless your video editing or something along those lines. Get 2x4gb sticks to run in dual channel.

8gb is enough for gaming. You just need a good CPU cooler. Maybe a H100i from Corsair.

you'd need a really decent psu that's for sure something upward of 750watts 80 plus rated at least.

XFX/seasonic/corsair/evga psu's are much more reliable so go with one of them. Also if you dont plan on sli, go for a quality 550/650w psu . I suggest EVGA's SuperNOVA 650w - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438005

This PSU is good, and should give you some ample headroom just in case your going to take the extra mile with that 9370.
