I'll recommend an Intel Core i5-4670k because you have a z87 motherboard for OC. If you're going to OC, you'll need a AfterMarket cooler as well, such as a cooler master hyper 212 EVO. If you don't want to OC, you can save some money to get a H87 motherboard and such.

okey I dont want to overclock if I change to the GA-H87-D3H will it be running games fine?

Yes, it will run fine. The motherboard generally won't affect your gaming performance. If you don't want OC, the GA-H87-D3H will be great.
