Hi:)
1. yes you can put a GTX650 graphics card in your computer but your CPU is very old and probably won't run anything but very old games.

2. a power supply like the Antec VP450P 450W '80 Plus' would be good

The cost of upgrading your PC won't be worth it imo.
You can get a decent enough low cost PC for £400 but that will handle most game on low settings.

Your looking at what, £75 for the new graphics card & then another £30 for the PSU.
Those are low cost, below avg upgrades.
