That's more like a workstation rig that can also play some games. You'd be far better off buying an i5-3570k or i5-4670k and sink as much money in to your video card as you possibly can.

kind of confused about ur 7850 4GB though , for 270$ id probably get a way better card

you can get an r9 280x for $300 which is wayyyy better than the 7850. Get an i5 4670k with a z87 motherboard. It'll end up being cheaper than the original build

Short answer: no.

With your budget of $680 for the cpu and graphics card, a balanced gamer would spend $230 on the cpu, most likely a i5-4670K,
and $460 on a better graphics card, perhaps a GTX770 or gtx780 class card.
