I fell and dropped my seagate 500 gb external hard drive.now it is not recognizex by any computer. I tried seatools and even brought it to a local computer store, they told me its physical damage they cant fix it..duhhh i knew that it was physical...anyhow, iwould like some opinions on how i can recover my pics and movies ( childrens pics and movies) of this hard drive. Should i send it to seagate?
