Can an After-Market CPU Cooler that supports AM3 fits on AM3+?

Title explains everything. I have an FX-8350 and i am planning to upgrade my stock CPU cooler to a SilenX Effizio EFZ-120HA4 CPU Cooler. It says it fits AM3, but will it fit my FX-8350?

sockets am2, am2+, am3 and am3+ are all identical.

should be fine but i would measure the dimentions width to way your facing it the heatsink fins are very low which may obscure ram and it looks very thick
