Building a $2000 New Gaming Rig Setup

Hello to everyone. This is my first time building a gaming rig. Any comments or suggestions to what i have to change to play all the current games and upcoming games in Ultra High Settings is welcome. I also plan to overclock. I need help choosing a monitor and a speaker, I'll mostly be playing games so I need atleast a 1920 x 1080 resolution 23" monitor and a 5.1 surround sound speaker. Also do i need a ups/avr? If so, what brand, voltages, VA or watt do i need? I'm not good at electronics.

Here's what I came up so far:

Oh yea.. I live in the Philippines so I will just look for parts in stores near my area. My budget is around 100,000 PHP or equivalent to 2,200 USD.

Your build seems solid, as for the speakers:
I highly, highly, highly recommend using a combination of nice headphones, nice amp and a nice DAC.

I do not want to hijack this thread but...

The above will most definitely be better than anything that speakers could get you with your budget.
How about trying the Audio Technica ad700?

these headphones are very good for gaming, and when used in a good audio set up, have an amazing sound stage. If you are used to playing on bad audio set ups, it will feel like cheating when hearing footsteps behind you at super precise angles when using artificial surround sound.

they are surprisingly cheap, and do not suck as much as most headphones in that price range (especially compared to mainstream gaming headsets that are cheap)

This is the lowest price thing I can recommend, it works and sounds decent.

as for monitors,
I am pretty sure the best priced monitor in north america (where i live) wont be the best in the Philippines. There are just so many different brands and companies making monitors that basically all do the same thing. Just pick whatever you feel suits your needs and is a good price.

I would not be the person to say something about ups/avr options.
