That hardware should not have any trouble running Arma 3 at a reasonable frame rate.

I run Arma 3 on an Intel i2500k, AMD HD6850, and 8gb of RAM. I customize my graphics settings to be between high and standard, as Arma 3 can tax my older system... but you've got better hardware than I.

This link should give you a good idea what to expect; http://www.techspot.com/review/712-arma-3-benchmarks/pa...

Arma III will really push hardware as you turn the graphics up, that said you should definitely be able to have a good playing experience with the hardware specified.
