Is higher tRAS better or worse?
So I just upgraded my computer by getting a new ram. I have mix-matched my old & new RAM.
My old RAM:

Old Spec:
New RAM:

New Spec:
I haven't done stability test yet, but just looking at from CPU-Z, I think I was able to get my performance almost the same except CR and tRAS. From my googling, CR really doesnt affect performance that much, so I guess it is ok to neglect the change. For Cycle Time (tRAS), I got it to be lower and I assume lower number is better?...
