Grey diagonal line tearing at the bottom of screen, does NOT occur during gameplay, only desktop and videos.

Basically like it says above, I have a grey area sometimes that likes to appear often during videos and general desktop use, I have fully updated GPU drivers and I was wondering if anyone could help me out here
