With that kind of budget you'd be much better off with an Intel CPU. Just saying. Get a 4770k and an Asus Sabertooth just for the hell of it. You don't even need to go i7 as an i5 would be just as good, but you obviously have more than enough dosh for the combo, and it'd be a much better performer than the AMD chip. Even SB/IB i5s would be faster.

16GB of RAM would be unnecessary as well, you know.

And specify which brand of PSU. 850w means shit if it's from a shoddy brand. Look for Seasonic, Corsair AX, Antec Neo Eco or High Current Gamer series (rebranded Seasonic PSUs), or XFX (also rebranded Seasonic), or really any Tier 1 brand. 550-600w is more than enough for a whole setup with a 290x. Most "gaming" setups I've seen with one draw around 400-450W altogether.

And do you plan on building this very soon? R9 290s and 290Xs with custom coolers are (hopefully) just around the corner and would most definitely be faster than a reference one. Seems to be pretty tough finding any in stock at the moment anyway thanks to holiday sales and bitcoin/litecoin miners.

no hard feelings but Intel is too expensive and AMD FX-8530 is almost as good as the i7

Depends on the game. I7 is faster in the large majority (at least older games).
Is the AMD FX 8320 cheaper where you live? Get that instead, it's a cheaper 8350 - easy overclock to 8350 speeds - free money! :D

The MOBO - M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ??? is it beter then CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z and the RAM - CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8gb ddr3 1600mhz is better than ? Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMMs w/XMP (KHX16C9T3K2/16X) and cooler master hyperevo 212 or thermalright true spirit 120m ar this 2 beter then Liquid CPU Cooler Corsair Hydro Series H100i for the CPU ( Liquid cooling is not better ? and have 2 Fans Extra for extra cooling ?) ?? and the last 1 the SSD: Transcend 320 Premium 128 GB is beter then SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ?? and wiat is more important Sustained Sequential Read or Sustained Sequential Write for the SSD or is it the ( 4KB Random Read - 4KB Random Write ) because I see it's a difference between them between brands ) and i want it for gaming . And this is the monitor that I have Monitor: LG W1941 Monitor Max Res: 1360,768 or do i need a new monitor ? AMD FX Series FX-8350 4.0Ghz 8X Black Edition - Procesador 162 Euro and Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.5 GHZ 8 MB Cache BX80646I74770K 280 - 360 Euro who do you think is more attractive and the results are almost the same for gaming

An i5 4670k is ~$20-$30 more and smokes the FX8350 in most games. It's outside of gaming that the 8350 really shines.

The FX8320 would be a smarter choice though. I don't think the $40-$50 (even $70 in some places) premium on the 8350 justifies the 500mhz increase when you could just OC the processor yourself. That money could go toward a better graphics card, not to mention $199 is 3570k territory nowadays, which is still a faster CPU for gaming.

Single threaded performance is a lot more important in the majority of games, and Piledriver stumbles in that area.

in old or single threaded games yeah i5 4670k>fx 8350 currently and for moderately threaded games i5 4670=fx 8350, and in the near future fx 8350> i5 4670k, let's review these benchmarks here
http://www.techspot.com/review/591-medal-of-honor-warfighter-benchmarks/page6.html (MOH warfighter fx 8350 performs as well as i7-3960x)
http://www.techspot.com/review/601-black-ops-2-performance/page5.html (call of duty black ops 2 fx 8350 performs as well as i7-3960x)
http://www.pcgameshardware.de/Crysis-3-PC-235317/Tests/Crysis-3-Test-CPU-Benchmark-1056578/ (crysis 3- fx 8350 better than i7 3770k and just below i7-3950x)
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/reviews/1598/pg6/amd-fx-8350-processor-review-battlefield-3.html (bf3 fx 8350>i5 3570k)
http://www.hardwarepal.com/batman-arkham-origins-benchmark/8/ (batman Arkham Origins fx 8350= i7 4770k after AMD's catalyst release)
http://www.hardwarepal.com/battlefield-4-benchmark-mp-cpu-gpu-w7-vs-w8-1/4/ ( battlefield 4 ultra HD FX 8350 equal to i7-4770k)
http://www.hardwarepal.com/battlefield-4-benchmark-mp-cpu-gpu-w7-vs-w8-1/8/ ( battlefield4 full HD the same scenario)
http://www.techspot.com/review/645-tomb-raider-performance/page5.html (Tomb raider 2013)
a lot of more incidents which shows these CPUs enjoy actually the same performance, in one game one beats the other, in the other game there is another scenario, but something is for sure, in crysis 3 for example i5-3570k uses 80% percent of it resources AMD fx 8350 just uses 60% in COD ghost i5 4670k uses 44% of its resources fx 8350 only uses 25%
in the future fx 8350> i5 4670k, wanna bet!? just look at these links
* where is the i5 in UBISOFT's system requirements!? http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=4546&game=Watch%20Dogs Ubisoft has confrimed that this game is heavily threaded, and has promised i5 owners can hit ultra sttings!! NO ULTRA SETTINGS
* When Capcom says its new engine takes full advantage of i7, which is good news for Capcom it really means it http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/132533/sponsored_feature_resident_evil_5_.php?print=1
* Epic says the more cores the better http://www.shacknews.com/article/70348/epic-talks-unreal-engine-4
get the fx 8350 or fx 8320 and buy a better GPU

Fortunately not as terribly as many people make it out to be though.

2. Ram - CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8gb ddr3 1600mhz or - Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8GB) 1600MHz DDR3
3. Fan cooler master hyperevo 212 or thermalright true spirit 120m or - Liquid CPU Cooler Corsair Hydro Series H100i ( and whay fan and not liquid cooler ? here were i ma its 35 degrees or more in the sumer )
4. SSD: Transcend 320 Premium 128 GB or - SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive ( whay is beter Transced than Samsung ) ?
5. 750w corsair bronze certified enough for what I need? and if some day i and if one day learn overclocking ?
Sorry to be a pain but. I want to learn and know why and if your configuration is the best for what i need 60 FPS or more and what windows do you Recommended for gaming win. 7 64bit or win. 8 64bit

1. Motherboard doesn't really affect gaming performance. Either.
2. Either.
3. Liquid > air for performance. Lower temperatures.
4. Not sure, Check the Read/Write speeds.
5. Yes.

win8 for gaming, seems most people get better performance.
The 780(ti) may be better than the 290X. Both will get way over 60 FPS.

But it's all compatible ?. I will not have any bottleneck with this configuration ? I want to play PlanetSide 2 the new Alien Colonial Marins the new Counter Strike and somthing more. And I'll be able to play fluid at high settings and no freez screen or Blue Screen of Death. ?
