Corsair Psu vs Antec psu

Well my setup is : Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($224.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($117.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($82.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($335.30 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Rosewill THOR V2-W ATX Full Tower Case ($124.99 @ Newegg)
Other: rosewill RNX-N250PCe ($15.00)
And i want to know which psu is better between these power supplies :

Also if you know of a better when with the same price tell me because i am buying a psu tonight. Also i may do SLI in the future, when doing SLI can you use two different graphics cards or do you have to use two of the same graphics cards

No , you would need a 750 watt reliable brand and not a CX750.

Well im basically broke, so maybe what i will do is buy the evga one then i will overclock my card and cpu and is it hard to overclock a gpu?

The cpu is instore pickup only and i dont even live in the same state of a microcenter^ so its kind of impossible to use this combo
