Doesn't look like too much of a difference on paper but at ultra settings on 1900x1200 the 760 stays above 30fps in this chart and the 7850 dips under. In my opinion just lower your settings to high and enjoy. Not worth the upgrade i'm thinking.
I don't use AA or ambient accusion. What should I upgrade then?

yes def 12+ fps difference and gets higher as u crank up the options and special effects.
i got a 760 and rocks da boat bro.
760 for the win. just to make shur whats ur full system specs.
760 is better but not worth upgrading to... i'd wait to upgrade if you have a 7850 unless you're going to be grabbing an r9 290 or better.
Also if you decide to grab an r9 290 wait for a non-reference cooler. Right now they have the reference designs that are very very loud. The nvidia alternative i'd recommend (to see a significant jump in performance) is a 780 but that costs more then the r9 290.
In the end it's r9 290 for cheaper, but hotter and louder performance
or
780 for more expensive, but cooler and quieter performance
Otherwise wait for a while as your card is still quite capable and upgrade when the 800 series nvidia is release. (sure to bring price drops on amd side then)
