I believe it can play BF4 on medium at 1080 resolution, at about 30-40 fps, and higher if you use a lower resolution
the 7750 is not that strong, but then again you get what you pay for, I agree with Pummel though, that computer is of pretty good value, a builder will have a hard time building the same computer at the same price
