Asus p9X79 vs P9X79 LE

Can someone help me with the difference between these two -- the cost difference is very slight - about $15 after shipping for the LE, the non-LE is free shipping ($225 + $9 = $234 LE) vs. $247 for the non-LE. Aside from some usb 3.0 differences I can't tell what's going on.

Which one is more easily overclocked (light overclocking - 4930k up to say 4.0Ghz)? As in more easy to do, not ability of the board.

Which one is easier to flash bios, which I understand I will need to do for this proc. Or are they the same.

Any pros/cons for either one?

Almost everything in same on both boards except few differences. LE board have 4 USB 3.0 ports. 2 at back and 2 at mid board. mid board ports can be used for front usb ports in the casing. It's some advantage comparing to non LE board. But I really can't see why non LE board is expensive than the other. By the way what does LE stands for?
