sound and graphics stutters

I just recently got a new video card,a Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 for my studio xps 9100 with a i7-930 4core processer, and now when i play a lot of games i get constant sound and video stuttering, like every couple seconds at its worst.

if it is an isolated game, sometimes going with an older driver helps. Otherwise it could be your PSU or perhaps a memory problem, make sure your RAM is fully detected by your computer and check voltages and timings.
