cant access bios

I'm running a asus crosshair V formula Z MOB with a AMD fx-8150 eight core processor using a corsair h100i water cooler a cool master 850w power supplie and 16gb gskill ram and 2 amd Radeon 7800 series graphic cards and windows 8 64-bit . After updating my bios I can no longer access my bios and I get a code 66 when I reset cmos using the rear switch and try to restart I get code 99 and have to flash the bios to get system to boot windows also there is no post message anyone have ideas

try to build your system outside the case..

Thanks I tried it outside the case same thing the system works fine in Windows just can't get into bios i get black screen and code 66

Code 66 was caused totally by the memories

Try reseating your memory.
You can also try one stick of memory at a time .. starting with the one farthest from the cpu.
Do you still get the error ?

if yes, then try replace your memory.
changing the memory kit usually resolved the issue
