How much electricity will my gaming pc use ?

So before i bought my PSU my dad noted that its a 750 w PSU and he is wondering how much my setup will affect the power bill. Is a PSU always drawing 750w of power or does it run at a % of maximum load depending on what you doing on you computer.

So how much electricity will it draw at say 50% load ( pcpartpicker says my setup will draw 413w of power ) and how much would it use if it ran for like 24hours.

If we assume it's 200 W over a day, it's 200Wx24h=4800Wh. The cost depends on the price of electricity in your area, but it's usually in the ballpark of 20 cents per KWh (1KWh=1000Wh). That's $0.96 per day

That assumes you're at full load for half the day, which is quite a bit of course. If you shut off the PC when not in use it will be less.
The actual power draw at any given time depends on the load of the PC. When the PC is idle it will draw a baseline amount of power and it will use the maximum when pushed to the max by a high intensity program like a game.

The actual draw at the wall outlet will be slightly higher than the actual use of the PC because of some losses in the PSU (depending on the efficiency rating of the PSU), also
 
typical setup eats up around 300-400w, that is with a single (good) gpu already (monitor not included)

your gpu is ok, esp if you plan to get 2 gpu's in the future. and PSU's tend to have max efficiency @50% load, so if you ask me its ok

So at 50% of cpu and gpu it uses 207w so thats like 13% of the psu capacity so the psu would draw 207w of power so how much electricity would it use in a day ( 24 hrs ) and how much would it cost?

20 cents per KWh?! Where are you? Here in southern Illinois I'm paying 5.66 cents per KWh, yes that's 5point66 cents, I just double-checked
