well..a motherboard with 760G chipset, naked vrm sink and 2+1 Phase..(?)
Boards that support both DDR3 and DDR2 are generally not that great. I would not recommend overclocking very much because the board only has a total of 3 power phases for the CPU
and
it's using all electrolytic capacitors pretty much everywhere except for one solid state capacitor to the right of the memory slots.
Even most cheap boards these days use solid state capacitors at least for the circuitry near the CPU socket that provide power delivery but Asrock went as cheap as they could possibly go in terms of hardware quality.
If you look at this really cheap ECS board you can see they are using solid state capacitors near the CPU area. I don't know enough to explain it in detail but solid state capacitors have a longer lifespan and higher quality which is why you see all midrange and higher boards exclusively use them and low end boards use them in the important areas like near CPU or RAM power delivery areas.
I wouldn't touch that board, even the $40 ECS board has 4 power phases lol But I hope it works well for you and you enjoy it.
Also note that you will not be able to use DDR2 in conjunction with your FX 6300.

for your system and hd 7770, any 400w psu will more than enough..for example corsair cx430..
the bundled software almost just a gimmick...
