Should I have any worries about my PSU's Wattage?

the R9 280X has a max TDP of 250W, and it needs - 30A and a 550W psu minimum, and on this other site 600W:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
So you will be just fine with your Thermaltake 675W.
