3770k too hot?

I've googled my question quite a few times, but maybe I just want a 500th opinion?

I'm currently running a 3770k on a Sabertooth Z77 MB with 8GB of Corsair Vengeance 1866 ram and a ATI R9 290X running at 95c at max load, yes it's normal from everything I've read.
The CPU cooler is a Corsair H60, only one fan set up to pull. Haven't installed the second to push yet, still looking for the correct screws. My CPU, when running CoD:Ghosts at the highest settings, is hitting 63c-69c. BF4 is hitting 58c at max settings and I'm not sure of my room temp, but it idles at 28-34c. Antec 1200 V3 case, with 3 120mm fans in the front for intake, one 220(or)240mm(can't remember), on top as an exhaust fan as well as a side door fan and the rear fan for the CPU cooler and another 120mm fan exhausting as well. All other fans are intake. Power supply is an a Corsair 750w, not sure of the exact model but it's a few years old. I ask this question because I've been debating on buying another case for higher air flow, like the Corsair AIR case, but if my temps are normal, I'll stick with what I've got.

And the cooler spreader on the CPU is seated correctly with AS5.
It is not overclocked and other then the memory being speed being increased to 1866, it is completely stock.

Just got done playing Ghosts again. Temp is 72c. Anyone still think it's normal?

You can get those temps on a Coolermaster Hyper 212EVO. Custom loops are really for extreme OCs. I think you jumped on 290X a little early as the Gigabyte WF3X is released now. For custom loops check out FrozenCPU.com
have you overclocked your i7-3770k? note that after a certain voltage point, Ivy Bridge/Haswell starts to heat up quickly due to bad spacing on the heat sink(leading people to void their warranty and riskily Delid their processor).

other than that, the H60 is not a top performing cooling loop, it should only do some standard overclocks

Your temps are very very average. You are completely safe. Only thing I would say is if you can get more case fans then that would be good as the GPU is a hot one, but its going to run hot no matter what since it is the reference design.

I'm not really trying to overclock. I'm pretty happy right where it's at honestly.
I only ask because I remember playing BF4 for the first time, and only hitting 49c at max load and it's not doing that anymore. I has a sad about this.

Decided to add a second fan today, have not however played any games since doing so. Current idle temps are 30-25-32-31 on each core and change from 29-34 as they did previously. I'm looking into water cooling options now for custom setups. After further inspection of my H60, I'm thinking maybe the copper plate that contacts the CPU may have damage. It looks to have digs or something in it that it shouldn't have. I thank you all for the input though.
