I'm Building a Mini itx Gaming PC. The parts i'm going with are:
MoBo: ASUS Maximus VI Impact Motherboard

Cpu: i5 4670 (I'm using the stock heatsink)

RAM: 2x4 gb G.skill Ares

Storage: 1 Tb Seagate Barracuda

PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 600W ST60F-P
Airflow: Some Noctua fans

Graphics card: Galaxy GeForce GTX 780 GC 3GB (Will this thing fit?)

Case: Cubitek Mini Cube

And Please tell me if you see anything wrong with this.

The only wrong thing is to have the best board with a Multiplier locked CPU, either cheaper board (H87) or unlocked CPU and aftermarket cooler and OC it to the max.

Yes, it will fit. The graphics card you chose is 10.5 inches = 266.7 mm long, and the manufacturer specs for the case say it can take gpus up to 280 mm long.

Umm What is a low profile cpu cooler good for a bit of OC?

I suppose The OC is worth it. This system will come in at 1800$ (Including a good monitor)

With that motherboard it is a must. That is what it is made for no overclock and much more reasonably priced H87 board will deliver the same performance.
