Which Graphics Card fits my computer?

I have a Dell Optiplex 740 Desktop and i have come across some GPU's that I am interested in buying. But the question is... Is it compatible, will it fit, does my PSU support it well, which one is the best to fulfill my needs of having my favorite low end games at the 40-60 fps range on medium settings, for example, league of legends?
Here is a list of GPU i have found. What is the best listed as of a PCI express x 16 graphics card.

I dont know the arquitecture of your PC case, but related to GPU the XFX HD7770 would be your best option if it fit on your case.
other thing to concern will br your PSU, however
I found this :

the 9600GT has a max TDP of 95W and HD7770 max TDP is 80W.
So acording to that you can upgrade to HD7770 too.

you have to measure the distance inside your case, and compare to the GPU size.
However the EVGA GTX650 is a good option too, getting similar performance, and it fits for sure cause its only 6 inches long.

However,acording to your PSU specs:

,I think you will have to look for some PSU replacement, cause it does not have a 6 pinsPCIe conector, or even a molex connector, its power is very low too.
another option would be a HD5670(I recommend HD5670 Cyclone from MSI brand), it does not need any auxiliary power connector at all, its not so long too, and is still a good GPU wich can handle a lot of games with its 64 GB/s memory bandwidth
