  1. I'd go with the EVO myself and use RAPID mode
  2. I have the hyperx 120 3k.IT FLIES..and it is a good bang for the buck..but the evo is a solid drive..samsungs ssd toolbox is better too..

Yeah that Samsung RAPID mode doubles the read and write rates to over 1000MB/s
  4. I would pick the 840, has good performance and great reliability!

All 3 are good drives, and longevity between the 3 is not all that different - particularly for a normal home user/enthusiast. Assuming you're not going to run a high volume transaction DB server off the drive, you can't really go wrong with any of them. Any of them will last you 3-5yrs (barring any exceptional failures).
I have 1x Samsung 840 and 4x Kingston Hyperx 3K SSD's throughout my systems; as you can see I am biased to the Kingston drive, but that is mostly due to cost. The other influence for me is their support - any time I've needed support, they were awesome. However, I am based in their HQ'd country, therefore I can't comment on support differences between these companies in Saudi Arabia (might be the same, might be different)
