Friend has a 500$ budget for a new CPU, PSU, Mobo, Ram and Graphics Card. Will use Photoshop and will game.

Solution
You need a minimum 500w for a 270x

I swapped out the PSU for alot better quality one and a cheaper ram set thats on sale but alot better then the one you pick. But now its $5 more expensive then the orginal link.

There's other RAM sets that are a bit cheaper:

But if you want it lower then $500 then just pick a Corsair 500w PSU with which ever ram set you prefer.

for lower than I originally had. I think that'll be fine.

Yes, that was the one I had in mind when looking at the parts to go under budget. Honestly if you can buy the other PSU it'll be better. Lots of people say the CX line from corsair isn't that good.

Anyways GL to your friend
