Yes, out of those two options, the AMD card is stronger. Just remember neither of them are meant for intense gaming, just keep that in mind.

Because both are low-end laptop GPUs. You will be able to play most games, but to have good frame-rates you will most likely have to lower the in-game settings and/or resolution quite a bit. Neither of these cards are meant for medium to high-end gaming.
