Sabertooth Z87 HELP???

When I turn on my computer everything turns on(Video Card, Fans etc) except MY USBs don't work and dosen't connect to my monitor!!!! Please help me?

Did you hook up the speaker that comes with the board into the front panel header to check for beep codes? Bclk is a cpu setting in the bios, makes cou go slightly faster but if you oc it much it will mess uo pci lanes and usb. Should be set to 100 in your bios. Try going without your gpu, and only use one stick of memory, see if that will get ya to boot

Are you using the front usb ports? If so did you hook up the front panel usb header? And did youbplug your monitor into your video card or your gpu? If neither of those are an issuse did you do a bclk oc on your processor? It can affect those two items
