Is this a good motherboard for my build?

I am building a new PC and these are the parts so far:

GPU: Gigabyte R9 280x (GV-R928XOC-3GD)
CPU: Intel i5-4670K
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blue 1600 MHz (2x4 GB)
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500 GB 7200 RPM
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I
PSU: CHIEFTEC CTG-600-80P 600W

The only thing that is left is a motherboard. To make use of the unlocked 4670K, I have to get a motherboard with the Z87 chipset, so I looked for the cheapest Z87 motherboards available to me and I found one from Gigabyte (only about 10 USD more expensive than the cheapest) and the model is GA-Z87-HD3. There are a lot of Z87 boards available but they are much more expensive and I suppose that they are for hardcore enthusiasts. I only plan to do some average overclocking in the future, and that is the only reason why I choose an unlocked CPU and I just need a motherboard to support all of the CPU's features.

To make it short: Is GA-Z87-HD3 a good choice for my build considering that I only need a Z87 motherboard because I have an unlocked CPU and I do not need anything fancy?
