Well you have no need for new ram. Keep your current RAM.
Get an h87 motherboard because you cannot overclock the CPU.
Don't forget that you are going from an APU to an intel build with only integrated graphics. If you are planning to play games, this upgrade will decrease performance.

^Agree if you are planning to us this upgrade for gaming you need to add a GPU to your build. I would also drop the new ram from the build it is not needed as going from 1333 to 1600 is not going to really see you any performance increase.
