Does anyone know what this might be?

Everything was fine up until a few days ago. At least I think it was. I haven't played any games for a few days, and then two days ago I turned on the game Cities in Motion 2 and noticed this problem. All surfaces and stuff look like an old CRT display.. A lot of jagged edges as well. Like they're interlaced or something, it's really hard to describe, so I'll post two video examples.

I updated my drivers but that didn't help. I also thought the problem was only with that game but whatever game I've tried it's the same. Here's two videos:

Watch from 0:20. It's noticable everywhere, but here it's most noticable on the green building all the way to the left and the white building centre-right (watch in HD and full screen for the full effect)

At the beginning keep an eye on Mexico. Very noticable there, but also in the water (the moving dots that look like TV static), country borders and everywhere else really. I've looked through several videos on YouTube and everywhere I looked it's completely smooth. I've messed around with options (game and in the catalyst), I tested it on max and lowest graphics but it made no difference.

My video card is Radeon HD 6950 2GB, I'm running the newest beta drivers (13.11) but I've also tried 13.4 and 13.9, none of which solved the issue. I'd appraciate any help :(

Thanks for the reply. Here's a reupload, should work:

I've tried changing the settings on the Catalyst and in the IG options, but the only thing that has at least improved it was putting Anti-Aliasing Method as Supersampling through Catalyst. And not even that fixes it, just improves it a bit. And before this problem started everything looked fine even without supersampling..

I really can't say that I've done something that could cause this in the last month even... No hardware changes or anything like that... I tried a system restore but that didn't seem to change anything.

It's not overclocked, my card is Radeon HD 6950 2GB, and the PSU is 650w (XFX).
