Set the card to run at 850Mhz core clock and 1500Mhz memory clock, see if the problem still occurs.

Also, what PSU are you using?

I have a 600W Zalman PSU.I did as you said and now i dont have any signal lose or any other problem, but wont it hurt the performance?...i mean the max core clock is 1200 and the max memory clock is 1600.

Did you overclock your card beyond the factory default setting? Doing so can cause it to become unstable and cause those problems.

If you did not, it means you received a bad chip that is unable to run as advertised, and can RMA it.

^Agree if you did not do any Overclocking yourself I would RMA the card and get a new one. It sucks but every manufacture will have a bad part every now and then it happens.

If it works fine at the factory set speeds, your RMA will probably be rejected.

I thought of that too but at least i will try and if it will be rejected i am anyway very happy with 1000 core clock.
