Who can teach me to download a driver(software) for an umax astra 3400 scanner ? By where? My OS is Windows Vista. A lot of thanks, yours, George

you can use driverpack solution..=> http://drp.su/
this program will detect all of your hardware, and automatically install appropriate driver for each hardware..

You most likely will only find a windows xp driver for the scanner since it is so old.
You can try to download the Xp driver, then right click on it and select compatibility mode for it to windows xp.

It may, or may not work. Or you can try a program called vuscan that uses a generic driver to get most old types of scanners to work George.
